This project is about the 5 stages of grief, based on the Kübler-Ross model. The stages are popularly known by the acronym DABDA (Denial, Anger, Bargaining, Depression, Acceptance). This theory has applications in various situations, involving any kind of personal loss. People who are grieving do not necessarily go through the stages in the same order, or experience all of them. While death and dying are for many the ultimate trauma, people can experience similar emotional upsets when dealing with life's challenges: one person's despair is to another person not threatening at all.
